This notice covers the public Feed360ERP pages. The signed-in ERP is covered by the agreement for that deployment.

The demo and contact forms check the details in the browser and then open an email. They do not store the message on the server. If you send the email, it goes to the address configured for this deployment, or to an address you choose when no company inbox is configured.

Sign-in uses a session cookie so the ERP screens know that you have a token. The public pages do not require an account.

Company legal name, address, and a privacy contact must be added in deployment configuration before this notice is used in production. Those details are not invented here.
